I'm hoping mine got in before everyone realized how much quicker it was. Mine was submitted on 10/19 so it was hopefully before people started to realize it was 90 day turn-arounds. Another hope of mine is that they don't mess with existing applications that are already pending. Maybe someday soon they will move into the 21st century and have an actual queue that you can call and find out your place. Wouldn't be 100% with corrections sometimes needing to be done, but would give you a much better estimate on when your form would be going before the examiner.

Man I'm butthurt over messing up my application. Major butthurt. Maximum jimmy rustling.

At least where I'm moving has a CLEO friendly with signing off so I won't /need/ to get a trust... so I got that goin' for me, I guess. :/

No matter what I do, I can not get the eForm to work. I have registered, try to login and the "login" button wont work.

    Any suggestions?

Try Firefox, or google chrome, or ie in compatibility mode.
FireFox worked, for a minute then I got this...

    eForms Outage

Due to daily maintenance, the e-Forms system is temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience.

But you were right it works so much faster and better than IE.

I had issues when I first created an account and it would never let me on, nor would it let me use the use recover username and password. Created a second account same thing. Sent an e-mail to the ATF and this was the reply:

MR x - although you did generate a user ID, I don't think your registration went through. I am thinking it may be related to the password. There needs to be at least 5 alpha characters in the password - when less than 5 are used, this problem results.

That being said, can you try another registration using a password with at least 5 alpha characters?

I had an 8 character password, but I did not use enough alpha characters. Created a third account and I was good to go.

It has been awhile since I did my second Form 1, but as I recall there is no form to fill out, you click on the pay link (the second link) and a window pops up or the page changes and you fill in your credit card info. It then brings up a conformation that you paid. You go back to the form 1 and click the first link to digitally sign the form you then get two e-mails one that you paid and the other that your for was submited.

I used it the first time the other day for a bunch of F3's. What a joy. This is such a blessing and long over due.

I had to use Chrome to get it to work initially and once I was registered and all, it works in Fire Fox just fine.

Finally got it in. Thanks for the help.
I now have 5 stamps floating around the NFA branch.
See what the difference is between eForm and snail mail for me.

So far we have received one and it took 90 days. Same customer received one from another dealer and it took the exact same time. Online F3 Dealer to Dealer is near 3 weeks. Just received a machine gun from out of state and it took 25 days, one of which was Thanksgiving. Paper forms are almost 10 to 11 weeks, dealer to dealer.

    New Suppressors arriving this week!

After you submit the eForm how long does it take to go pending?

I submitted 8 Dec and it is still "submitted, in progress".

Do you get an email or something when it is pending?

    Thanks
