Try this, it's easy and very good.

2 or 3 loops Best Stop unsmoked mixed sausage
    1 or 2 " " smoked " "
    one med yellow onion
one can "petit pois" green peas
    1/2 small can tomato sauce
    +/- 1 tablespoon peanut oil

Chop onion, cook in skillet in peanut oil low-med, til clearing. Add whole sausages, cover, cook a while, 30 minutes. Add tomato sauce & continue cooking on low. Discard remainder of tomato sauce. After fully cooked, drain peas and add, cook 2 minutes, and put on lowest burner setting another 15 minutes or so.
Cut cooked sausages in 2 or 3 inch size links & serve with the peas/gravy over fresh cooked white rice.
Use potato salad and corn for sides.
