Hey ya'll, I bought two little flashlights at Harbor Freight a couple of weeks ago upon a recommendation. I paid $3.99 for two of them in a pack and they work great. Today I went in to pick up a couple more and I saw that they were on sale. $2 for 2 flashlights. The three AAA batteries are almost worth that. I bought ten, and I'm thinking I might go and buy 20 more!

check the sales ads that come with the paper. every now and then there will be coupons for free flashlights. usually something different every week.

+1 im not really a fan of the lights though. I find the switch wears out before you need to change the batteries.

I just order mine through work along with batteries, free pelican and streamlights!!!!!

A nice LED Streamlight 4AA is only $27 through Grainger, probably a LOT cheaper anywhere else and it will blind anyone and has a hell of a range and clear defined beam.

Exactly. They aren't there to replace "real" flashlights, just provide a back-up(s).

I look at them like a bic lighter, they're disposable.

I also like to have some flashlights that aren't extra bright, these put out just enough light to do chores close up, and won't blind you like some of my other 150+ lumen lights when you shine it on a white wall.
