From what I read I believe this is BHO's final step that means he now has taken complete control of America and it's citizens and has placed this Executive Order ahead of the Constitution. Instead of making an Executive order one at a time, he has sweepingly made an Executive order that covers every aspect of life in America. And I mean every aspect.

It is now in effect. They can and will do anything they want to beginning last Friday. Just wait and see if there will actually be any elections held this fall.

It's over now folks. They're going to be coming really soon now to get every one's firearms so they will not have any resistance.
It's happened sooner than I expected.

U should also go read The Congressional Record. LOTS of things are "simply written in" - or so it seems.
