In what looks to be a terrible ruling for Maryland gun owners
a federal judge has essentially ruled that guns that were regulated by the state of Maryland last year,
including AR-15 and AK style rifles (as well as other magazine fed, semi-auto rifles with certain features),
“fall outside Second Amendment protection as dangerous and unusual arms,”
according to a 47 page opinion by U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake.

Looks like the NRA needs to try an appeal and the local gun association needs to get into the fight!

Full of fail. A Clinton appointed lady judge. Who would have seen this coming? Interesting that everyone I know owns an "unusual" firearm. Here I thought they were very common and used for self-defense. Good thing she straightened that out for us. Do millions not qualify as "usual"?

You will give yourself more credibility if you leave her being a woman out of it ;)

Well then he needs to put a stop to all of those dangerous and unusual weapons that we are sending to every country that wants to destroy us and eventually our soldiers have to face the very dangerous weapons we give them. They give weapons to our enemies and want to take ours. Hmmm..
