    I have a Winchester 30-30 lever Action that is in mint condition.I heard that they are no longer being made and was wondering the value.It is a Ranger and I was considering selling it if the price was right.Anyone know what the going rate is? :dunno:

    Yes. Google winchester dates and it will take you to a website. I would post the link but I'm on my phone. If has up to about 1984 I think but after that don't matter too much.

    I got it in a trade.I'm just trying to see what I can get for it cause I'm not that interested in it.If worst come to worst I'll keep it for my son.A guy down the street offered me $200 bucks before I new what I had.

    If it's new, they aren't worth much. If it's old (before 1965), then it's worth quite a bit more.

    The guy down the street offered you a good price, as that's what I'd normally pay for one.

    I've heard up to $500.00!

    A guy down the street offered me $200 bucks before I new what I had.

    While the Winchester 94 is not currently in production (see here for a news release on limited production in 2010), over 7.5 million were produced prior to 2006...which does not make it very rare.

    Cross bolt safety, angle eject, and condition would also affect the price.
