Luckily I live pretty far away from that side of town. BR is a big city, so many of us never go to that area. I will definitely be a little more aware of my surroundings over the next week though!

Just loaded a ton of mags and stocked up the bedroom. Wife has orders not to go anywhere, so does mom and sisters. Let's just say if something goes bump in the night I can throw about 200 rounds at it without leaving the bedroom. Compiling a few things to throw in the truck if we need to get out quick... On to the parents for a re-stock and possibly head north from there if need be! I live less than 15 minutes from the epicenter of this madness.

What would be the outcome if it was the other way around? Say both the cops got shot? would people be bussing in to show them support?
