And these are the same bastards that will get on the 6 o'clock news crying because they lost everything in their house fire and the fire department was staged just down the street waiting for their police escort...people have no respect for what first responders do the majority of the time...especially someone like me who was a volunteer FF for 10 years putting my life on the line for zero dollars and the occassional pat on the back.

They don't know how many times we put our lives at risk to save their dump of a home thats on fire, cut them out of twisted wreckages with leaking fuel everywhere, get exposed to AIDS and hepatitis while performing CPR or other medical treatment, etc...no appreciation what so ever from many of these people.

    AAAARRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

This is two-fold example of affirmation of disrespect and an indoctrination for the younger participants. I wonder what the community leaders (if they have any) will have to say in response? Also, I just can hardly wait to hear what that goon, the Reved-up Al Sharpton has to say.

I am getting more and more pissed off the more I think about this....

Horrible freakin' people...Those precious minutes to save someones life will be wasted while they kick back waiting on a police escort since they will obviously not be going in there alone ever again....

My God. What the hell is wrong with these idiots? "Blah blah blah, they hit me with a pepper ball." So don't attack unarmed firefighters. How can you manage to whine about being retaliated against when you are doing things like this?

At least it was something as minor as bottle rockets. Yes, they hurt to get shot with, but not nearly as much as a bullet. Also, firework mortars are pretty nasty to get hit with.
