what he said, so like an SBR, i wouldn't build/turn/machine anything, till you have the stamp in.

also, another word of advice, just buy one. they're going to get cheaper as the competition builds up and there are Sponsors here that sell them at great prices. unless you have the skills and access to the equipment and you want to do it just b/c you can (like building a motor), then please ignore this comment.
