I have the same gun in 22 Mag ( not for sale).
I don't think you can hit a snake, with it, unless you stick it to his head.

I inherited one of these in 22 mag from my uncle. I thought it was a ribcage gun fof FTF transactions .

When I got it, we shot a short of the back deck and it sounded like a 45/70.

When we got it my son was quick to point out that Winchester now makes PDX or whatever the latest evolution of the Black Talons are in 22 mag. I almost $hit at the register in Cabela's... a box of 50 was $14. That'll be comin out of the allowance...

Have to disagree there Widow Chaser I killed a snake under my carport with Federal Ratshot just this weekend.
Approx. 12 feet away he gone gone now!!
