    Late post because I wasn't feeling well yesterday but here's what we had for dinner Friday night.

    That’s what I’m talking about. Like this way compared to boiled, but I was fortunate to eat boiled crawfish in December and January. I say fortunate because the price of crawfish at that time was beyond ridiculous. My cousin has ponds so through his generosity I was a happy camper.
