For sale in the New Orleans area is a used 28" NRA spare tire cover. Cover recently removed due to trade in and is no longer needed. It's used so there are a few scratch marks on it and road dirt which can be cleaned off. See pictures below. Asking $25 or trades ftf. PM to make a great buy.
