Fundraiser for Special Operations Warrior Foundation

This is basically the same type of fundraiser as those 5/10ks but it is a crossfit workout.



Crossfit gyms around the country compete in a competition called "Fight Gone Bad." The premise is to raise funds to support Special Operations Warrior Foundation and other chartiable organizations.

On September 17th, thousands of CrossFitters will be enduring 17 minutes of pure grit and dedication in honor of those who have sacrificed their whole lives to service. I'll be there. Please check out my page and support my 17 minutes! Pass it on.
