G23 FS or Sigma 9mm FS

I have a Glock 23 FS. I don't know if its a Gen 1 or 2 but I'll find out tomorrow evening when I get it back from my brother

I also have a S&W Sigma 9mm SW9VE like new in the box with 4 16rd. clips FS
Black and stainless. FS for $275 FTF firm or $250 with 2 clips.

I am going to sell one or the other and keep one so whichever one goes first.

The G23 is probably a 2nd gen.
Only 1st gen. Glocks were the 17, and very few 19's.

What's the 3 letter SN prefix?

As Rainman said first three of serial#. LCI extractor,two pin or three, finger grooves?

If it's as old as he thinks it is (by calling it a 1st gen.) it may only have 2 letters in the prefix.

I'll have to get the info for the glock this evening, its at my brother's house.
It doesn't have fingergrooves or the acessory rail on the front.
