It says you have to travel with someone who wants to kill you in order to receive the money. How many of you ever traveled across the country with wife/husband and kids screaming in the back seat??! How do we get our money???

If the land of fruits and nuts wanted to get serious about debt and crime they could pay them kill each other. Seems kind of backwards to me. Maybe I'm evil and racest, but they are just gonna keep killing each other so why not speed it up a bit? Kind of like ripping off a bandaid.

    Edit:
Besides isnt that what we keep doing in other countries?

I didn't smoke check anyone today. Can I get a check for gun money???

Heard about this today, apparently it's being privately funded but there is a push to use taxpayer money.

Although i dont believe in using money, for behavoir modification, the organizers behind this, have good intentions.
Sadly when you have a large group of violent persons, you have a failed society (in that area) Money wont fix that.
