Going to be buying one of the two soon just trying to decide. It will be a daily carry duty weapon for work. Really interested to hear opinions on the glock 41. Any input is appreciated.
The only LONG Glock I've had in my hands is the 35. I haven't shot it, but the long sight radius REALLY makes me like the big ones if you don't mind carrying that around all day.
That being said...the G41 is on my list. I'd think it would be one of the most accurate Glock's ever made...besides the fact that it's a tank!
a lot of friends I know carry the 34 or 35 every day with out any problems. and with glock releasing the 41 ive been leaning towards the 41 to have a long gun in .45
One local LEA carries choice of G34/G35 and most prefer the G34. Another local LEA is all G34. Several local LEA's use the G35 for SWAT.
Prior to the Gen 4 Glocks in .45 the Gen 3 G30 was Glocks most accurate pistol and it has been discontinued.
It will be hard to get many opinions on a new pistol like the G41.
I have both and enjoy shooting both. I currently carry the G34 at work. Very little recoil. The G41 has a very nice grip. I recomend buying both and using one as the home defense gun.
I have both as well and they are true tack drivers. The weight isn't to much difference loaded. If I am correct its about 2oz. So if you are loaded down a few OZ's makes a huge difference..
34/35. Only because I have one I guess. I carried a 35 on duty for over ten years. I love them. The 41 would be a great choice also. It boils down to liking the 9 or 45.
