    I have one and have used it many times. Just drop it in and get you some g19 magazines and you're ready to go. Never had any issues firing the 9mms. Also bought a whole crap-load of the cheap-o (6.00) asian mags (g19 and g22) from CDNN for practicing and haven't had any problems with those either. The g22 mags do stick out of the magwell some (they are 15 rounders.)

    The standard reply is the drop in conversion barrel is fine for plinking but if you plan on running your Glock forty in 9mm and using it for SD,get a 9mm slide and replace the ejector.The standard reply still applies:D
