Hey guys, I am thinking about fixing up a glock for competition. Where are you getting you parts from? I am going to get my sites from Dawson and the mag well. What else is good. I am thinking about changing out the recoil spring and guide rod, Lighting the trigger, and posibably ading mag extensions. I also want to change the barrel so I can shoot lead. SO where is the best source for these parts. I found them all at the glock store, anywhere else?
    Thanks,
    Mark

I would go with a kkm barrel, you can go direct to them. Vanekcustom.com, glockworx.com and glocktriggers.com and Dawson for sights & magwell if you want and mag extensions.

You can shoot lead in your stock barrel without issue if it is 9 or 45.

I've shot over 6,000 rds of Missouri Bullet, 147 gr, lead bullets out of my G34 since I started reloading, with NO problem. Many think that you cannot shoot lead, period, our of stock barrels but you can.

Oh and the world is NOT flat either.

www.Glockmeister.com is another source for some parts.
