I was told matches are held at the Gonzales Police range. When are they and How often?

4th Sunday (tomorrow) they do a reduced (200 yard) service rifle match at the range followed by a 15 shot F-class match. If this interests you, the LSA has rental rifles you can use to try it out.

I will be out there tomorrow and will help you get started. Send me a pm and we can meet up early over there. Join the LSA if you would like to rent a rifle for 5 bucks. Bring 58 rounds of .223 ammo.

What a great day out there. No rain at all despite the chances. George (match director) is always right at calling the weather. Come try it out next month on the 4th Sunday.
