I just got offered a job in Broussard which I start in a couple weeks. While the apartment I live at in south Lafayette is only 10 minutes from where I'll be working, I hate this complex for many reasons and have been wanting to move out for a long time. So anyone have any recommendations on apartments (or small townhomes and duplexes) in Broussard or somewhere close by that is a decent place? I'm not finding much on the apartment finder websites but I know they don't list everything.
I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom in a complex/area that isn't too trashy for under $750 a month. Washer/dryer in units and a 24-hour fitness center would be a big plus.
