that will go for no less than $7,000.

    and EUC required.

have fun with that. you could win the bid but it could be months before you are "approved" to pick up the items.

    I learned the hard way.

if you look to Guam and Peurto Rico, they always have brass and other interesting items. but shipping is $$$$$$$$$.

I'd be in for about a half dozen of each or so, as long as they're in good shape, the price is right, and *NO MUTILATION IS REQUIRED*

    :)

I'm in, and so long as the date doesn't conflict, I'll even drive to get them and supply a 16' flatbed trailer so long as fuel is split by the group.

Mr. Bartlett who runs gibrass.com explained to me how this works as I was pretty interested and nola is right on. PITA:( It looks good and then you find out what kind of BS the govt creates for you. Stupid because a lot of this brass goes to scrap dealers because a lot of bases store these things outside and rust and corrode. He said Polk is one of the worst. He also said you pretty much need a dump truck for most of these places. Real shame because it would really help brass prices if all of this brass from everywhere went right back into the commerical market.

If we had some one who has already cleared the BS hurdles, I would be game for 4 or more .50 cans and some of all brass types depending on price.
