GSSF MATCH April 28/29

Anyone shoot in it besides me last weekend from here? I only saw 2 people I know, and one of them was the LE sales guy. I was able to post some decent scores and wound up right about where I expected. My son shot also. He had a good bit of fun but wasn't happy with his performance. I consider that a good thing cause he wants to shoot more to get better.

Ended up 4th on one of my entries, by 3/10's of a point. Hoping for better luck on the random draws... But it was a lot of fun, and a different challenge from the normal "run and gun." I'll be better prepared for next year.

Yeah I got 4th in one and 14th in the other. I actually shot better with my G23 (Competition)than my G22 (Guardian). I shot the G22 first in every stage so that why I'm attributing the better score with the G23. There's another one in Monroe in the middle of May. If I didn't have obligations with family I'd travel up there and try to redeem myself.

4th place at a Glock match just flat out sucks. Unless, of course, the random prize gods smile on you!
