Getting a suppressor and have a lawyer who can do the trust, question is do I have to create the trust with "$10" and amend the suppressor into it or can it be created with the suppressor in it. Any input is greatly appreciated

You're lawyer should be able to answer that.
If not get a different lawyer to do the trust.
    PM Mouthpiece here on bayoushooter.
He is a lawyer that does a lot of gun trusts.

Yea... He should definitely be able to answer that. If not I would worry.
Mouthpiece is a good guy and helped me a bunch! I haven't done a suppressor though so I'm not gonna say anything that I'm not 100% sure on.

When we set up the trust, Mouthpiece said the $10 was just because it was important legally for there to be something in the trust at the time it was set up.

    Please verify with your lawyer.

Why not put the host weapon in the trust to start? They should be together anyway.
I can do this easily just need to know if it will invalidate the trust not having the $10. And as far as the suppressor in the trust I'm feeling kinda like wondering which came 1st the chicken or the egg.

It has been recommended before that you not put firearms in a trust that do not need to be. It complicates sales later.
