Can anyone recommend a solid 'smith in the BR area to do some trigger work on my hunting rifle, Ruger M77 .270? Nothing elaborate, just improvement over stock.

I'd rather not deal with Hebert's or Jim's, from my own experiences with them. Are there other options? Thanks!

I think Timney makes a trigger for that rifle now. I don't know if much can be done to the factory trigger. Or at least the older models anyways. Try TCustoms though. He does more than just coatings and is in Central

Just looked on Timney's site. For $115 you can get a whole new trigger and installs pretty easily yourself. That's a bargain because you don't have to pay a gunsmith

Replacement is easier, more effective, and probably no more expensive than adjustment.
