I have a S&W "Triple Lock" in .455 caliber. I got it about a year ago and shot it a couple of months later. Function was perfect. It was cleaned and put away. Now, for some reason, I can't open it. The latch is jammed in the open position.

Does anyone know if a good gunsmith hopefully near Lafayette competent with S&W to diagnose the problem and repair it? I appreciate

Try tightening the ejection rod. It’s a left hand thread. If it backs out, the locator pin on the rear of the cylinder won’t get pulled far enough out.
