Just did my CHP renewal training with Philip Monteleone in Hammond. Highly recommend him. Phil is located near the Hammond airport. The live fire training can be done on his property. Phil is a Certified NRA Law Enforcement Instructor, and a retired Sergeant for the LA State Police.
