Hammond Gunshops

There may be a thread on this somewhere, but my search didnt pull up any matches.

Are there any gun shops in and arround hammond that are recomended, and what is the address.

Im not looking for retail places like Wallmart, Academy, or Bass Pro, I already know where they are and what they carry.

I like the options available at the smaller privately owned places, but i am new to this area and dont know where any are.

Depending on what you are looking for, you have sportoptics. I think the storefront is actually called something different though. They can take care of all your scopes and optics as well as have some black hills ammo and reloading stuff.

This place is over by Don's, where all the car dealerships are.

Not much....you have Bayou Pawn and Gun. Not much in there and usually they WONT budge on their prices....which are not exactly the best.

Check out Archery & Fishing Unlimited on N. Morrison. He has quite a few guns in stock and plenty of scopes.
