Same as Ivey's bills. So does that mean it has to be filed next session or it will be brought up at a later committee meeting?

Voluntary - Pulled by sponsor but available (time permitting), to re-address in this Session. Very few ever make it back; and controversial Bills (in the face of overwhelming opposition), are usually not.
Involuntary - Pulled by Committee consensus. Generally Dead for Session.

    No sweat!

It was interesting that so many Reps were absent today. Sometimes, they do that on purpose to avoid having to disappoint a lobby, constituent, or colleague. However, very little consideration is given to disappointing a constituent.

Looks like a Democrat Mickey Guillory(Eunice) voted opposite his party.

A few of them didn't vote.
Brown, Hazel, Hodges, Honore' and Mereno were present but didn't vote?

That old gag of leaving the meeting! I've seen them use this tactic so many times up there to avoid a vote it's not even funny.

They must have sold their souls on another measure.
