http://www.legis.la.gov/Legis/ViewD...use Floor Amendment #2858 St. Germain Adopted
Sent to the Senate.
Bill has passed the House and going to the Senate. Now that is has been changed, does it then go back to someone for approval before again going to floor??
I think that is a reasonable compromise.
Just read it.
Going to need some time/help deciphering it though.
As in, cannot possess more than 5lbs? cannot use more than 5lbs? cannot purchase more than 5lbs at a time?
etc.etc.etc. ..... ?
Is RS 14:54.3 the exclusive law regarding explosives?
I'm not positive but it look like there is no limit to the amount of precursor you are allowed to own, but you can only possess 5 pounds of it MIXED.
correct.
3 tons on the left. legal.
3 tons on the right. legal.

Possessing more than 25 pounds of AN requires paperwork, ID, etc.
Better tell that to the plant store that sells 50 lb bags of AN at a time. That is if by AN you mean ammonium nitrate or fertilizer.Kinda

It says it is on the bag and it works great bluing guns.Where is the law you speak of needing permits and "OKs" for AN?Your assuming that whats in the bag is pure AN. I doubt it is. That much Nitrogen would burn up almost all plants.
Well they tell me it is and it works great to blue guns.I'm sure they will tell me it isn't pure AN, it is mixed with iron oxide, which stops it from being used as an explosive.
