    You mentioned .223 reloading the sdb will not do rifle. I have a pair of 550's very efficient and will load anything. If you can afford a 650 i say go for it, but i can load plenty fast on my 550's.

    Build your bench at least twice as sturdy as you think it needs to be. It's nice to have a single stage press for ancillary chores or when you don't want to change the configuration of your primary progressive press to do a few rounds of whatever. I have a Forster Co-ax, a Redding T-7 turret and a Dillon 550 on my bench and use them all.
    Buy quality and you won't regret it and it's easier to resell if you want to unload it.
