HELP WANTED: General labor in Baton Rouge

I have an investment property that I am working on and I could use an extra set of hands. Nothing that I wouldn't do myself, but I'm trying to move things forward, and let's face it- my back isn't what it used to be. The last guy that I hired from this site was intelligent, easy to be around and a very hard worker, so the bar has been set pretty high. We parted on very positive terms.

Rate of pay will start at $15 cash per hour.

Start asap.

Relatively simple work. Basic, immediate responsibilities include:

• Cleaning indoors and out
• Basic yard work
• Muscle work
• Other miscellaneous tasks

I'm a laid back guy and I'm open to discussion of other methods and techniques, but I will want things done my way.

Attributes I'm looking for:

• Your own transportation
• good attitude
• speak clear & listen well
• safe work ethic
• good ethics
• common sense
• dependability
