Not quite ready for a base setup yet but from reading the Eham reviews it sounds pretty interesting, especially the part where no tuning seems to be the norm....Oh well, one of these days hopefully I'll be set up for base operations. Thanks for posting.

VHF/UHF only here. I need to upgrade but don't have the funds for any HF stuff anyway. Heck, I'm saving my pennies for a Wouxan HT right now. Hoping to pick one up at the SELARC hamfest.
