I can only hope. Anyone wanna pipe up? My protein shake also includes the benefit of a very strenuous hour to 2 hour work out.

go to a vet supply store (i use general vet supply located in ranchers outlet for one example).....get a gallon of "tuttles liquid 747" ( 18 bucks) and a 2 1/2 lb container of "gamma 500" (15 bucks)... put a scoop of gamma and a table spoon of 747 in your protien drink ( i get the cheapest whey i can find).......thats what i use. i have used this combo for at least 10 years....and ive passed drug screens on it, so its all legal.
