Went in to see the doc, this morning...
I was rather early, so I sat outside, and visited with this little guy...
A little skittish at first, but warmed up to me, after some coaxing.:D
He's putty in my hands, now...:chuckles:
Finally I had to go in to see the doc, came back out a couple hours later, but didn't see him.:wtc:
Probably too many hoomans for his comfort.
I'm going to sneak back over there tonight, and see if he's wandering around, once it's quiet again.:x:
    He needs a forever home...
If I can catch him, I'll update this, if not, I'll have the thread deleted..

aaaawwwwwwww....that's sssooooo cute. Wish we could take him but our 5 would probably not accept him into their tight pack. If you get him and can't find a home right away try contacting Cat Haven and see if they can find one for him. Good luck.

I have a full house as it is, with 7, otherwise I'd melted into sucker mode again, for sure...

I talked to a rescue friend of mine, and IF i can get him rounded up, we're going to try and get him vetted, and fixed.

I keep saying him, but I'm not sure the gender, yet...
Hope the storm doesn't chase him off for good..
He'd make a purrfect companion for someone...

Went back for him last night, no sign of him anywhere...
    This morning either.
Hopefully, as friendly as he seemed to be, someone picked him up, and gave him a great home...

The wife has been working with http://www.projectpurrbr.org/

They always have cats and kittens up for adoption over at the Petsmart on Millerville. It usually a good deal too. I think the fees are around $70 but they have usually been spayed and nutered. They are working to get a better control on the cat population so that they don't have to be put to sleep. The average animal at animal control has about 4 days to be adopted. Some get selected for project purr. So, if you are looking for a cat, this is a good way to help. :)

That's why I figured this guy ought to have a shot.
Wouldn't have taken but a bowl of food and water, and 5 minutes to get used to humans.
Most of the ones you find are wild, and impossible to catch, without a live trap, or something.
I figure someone must have dumped him maybe that morning.
I work not far from there, and wound up with with number 5 and 6, a brother and sister.
They looked like they were fresh from someone's house.
Not a speck of dirt on them, and wandering around the parking lot near our office.
The sister was the more adventuresome of the two.
After some coaxing, and some balogna, I could pet her, and she'd purr.
The brother was waaaay skiddish, and hid inside our generator.
I came back that night, and within 10 minutes had the tabby scooped up with a fresh can of tuna and a pet carrier, headed home quiet as a church mouse.
The brother, took 45 minutes, and hollered about t on the way home.
By the next morning, you couldn't beat the brother off with a stick.
Still that way to this day. He likes to climb up on my crossed arm, and lay up across my shoulder.
He's a mess.... She's just as friendly, but is my trouble maker of the bunch, and has a real problem getting along with #7....
