House to rent in Natchitoches

Does any have a rent house in a good area close to NSU? I have one son going there now and another starting next semester. They might have 1 or 2 more roommates, so a 3 or 4 br would be best.

I know someone that might have a doublewide trailer for rent, but its in Robeline. About 15 to 20 min drive, I could make a call if your interested.
