After getting REAL REAL mad at the Harley Davidson in Baton Rouge, I drove almost to Toledo Bend to pick up my new steel beast, Yamaha Raider 1900. Currently pushing a tad over 95hp and a touch over 100ft/lb torque. A blast to ride! I think we should have a bayou shooter bike meet up one day.

    my 2 wheel rides

I got a 2003 Honda 1800 VTX v-twin and second little Honda 900 naked sportbike for when the old lady doesn't ride with me. Don't know which one of them I like better but both of them bought together brand new cost me less than the Harley I'd been eyeing up at around 21-23 grand. The 1800Vtx was made in Marysville, Ohio so one is made in the USA. They now make cars there. I toured the factory when it made bikes, it was pretty cool. Oh, I also had a 2009 1200 HD Sportster but it felt too much like a chicks bike so I sold it.:) Bikes are like guns, I seldom met one I didn't like, but you can only ride one at a time so I figure 2 maybe 3 is all I need at one time. Now guns, that's another matter all together... you can never get too many of those! LOL :D
