You guys really don't believe this do you? I mean seriously, no idiot who is selling a dirty bomb on the black market is going to allow himself to be video taped and recorded. If he was that relaxed about security he would be dead (Russia, China, Israel, the US and every other civilized nation has a vested interest in not allowing nukes in the hands of the black market).
