Last year I got a tint ticket from the LSP in Tangipahoa parish last year. I thought the tint ticket would be like a brake tag and wouldn't go on my MVR, my company pulled my MVR and it showed up as "driving with an obstructed view". The ticket was paid in full a year ago so how would I go about trying to have it removed from my MVR? My insurance already was jacked up $40 bucks a month for tint, lesson learned. I've called the DA's office in Tangipahoa but they've been about as much help as getting a passport from the Post Office.

The DA's office isn't the agency responsible for driving records. The office of motor vehicles is the agency you need to contact.
