Hello all!

Some friends were telling me "You have to join Bayou Shooter.com!" so here I am. I'm looking forward to connecting with folks in the area to learn about the local firearms community as well becoming acquainted with like-minded individuals.

I moved to Mandeville about 4 years ago after retiring from a 21 year career in the US Army as an 11B 1SG. I live in Mandeville and work in Chalmette. I love Louisiana and consider it one of the last bastions of the American way of life.

I love ARs and AKs and run a few Glocks and Springfield XDs. I also have a side business making custom kydex holsters and accessories BUT I didn't come here to hawk my gear, I came to be part of a community of red-blooded Americans!

I look forward to learning from everyone and hope I can contribute as well!
