I stream it 10 hrs a day 4 days a week and at least 1 day on the weekends. The new version is great because you can add multiple artists to one channel. Awesome stuff
There hasn't been that one "go to" place for good Bluegrass since the sad demise of www.bluegrassradio.org unfortunately. I tend to split up between Pandora, www.last.fm, and selected archive podcasts at www.woodsongs.com
Of course the best thing about bluegrass is rolling your own on the porch with friends and "whiskey 'fore breakfast"
I play guitar, banjo and a little mandolin. Every so often I go to hattiesburg to play with some friends who have been playing the local circuits for years. There are getting up there these days and come in with their walkers and wheelchairs, but once they get set you had better hold on! They will wear you to the ground and stomp on you.
I worry about the mandolin, banjo, and steel guitar. I'd hate for them to become lost arts. So much to learn so little time. If we could defeat the dems, I could spend more time learning instruments and less time on mandarin and shooting.
Last year I found a band some guy offshore told me about. Name is .357 String Band. It's like a mix of bluegrass with punk sounding lyrics. That's about the best way for me to describe the vocals. Good stuff though.
