I need a custom scope base

I have an old modle Styer Manlicher Modle M in 270 Win (and no you cant have it.)

I need a Picatiny base for a Weaver style rings trouble is nobody makes one. The job is easy. Take a stock base, trim it down to size, drill it correctly put in the proper metric screws, blue it and the job is done.

The gun is very valuable to me and I want to hunt with it.
Anybody out there able to do such a thing.

Yep. 22 bucks and they are "steel" not alloy. Thought that you could use them.

Gorgeous. The one I remember had a Mannlicher stock, otherwise the same, he also had a older blonde one in 7x57. gotta love those butterknife bolt handles.

while i much appreciate the referal, i would go with the conetrol mount. they make some great stuff and i never found it wise to pay to have a prototype made when the production model already exists.
