I need my backyard cleared!

I live in New Orleans, in East Broadmoor, to be exact and I need my 50' × 40' backyard cleared. I just bought the house and the backyard was left in disarray, unindated with vines, clumpy dead grass, tall weeds and uneven ground. I was able to cut down the tall weeds but everything else is going to require more work with equipment I don't have. I just want to start all over and end up with a clean slate. I may also need a big branch cut down that hangs over my yard from the neighbor's tree. Any suggestions? Anyone do this kind of work in my area? Let me know please.

wife and I had the same problem we did it one day at a time 1.5 hr a day took us two years to clear two acres

Check with a local nursery. They have landscaping equipment but its not cheap. If you have any inclination to do it yourself find a good equipment rental and a few friends with some experience. Maybe they would be willing to trade for something. Plan it out. For example, if you need a bobcat to clear brush you could also use it as a lift to make cutting that easier.
