What is this? Who makes it? Looks like a 9mm diameter bore.

It looks like a variation of the Fleming Firearms .22LR conversion kit for the MAC 9 or COBRAY M11. But that's just a guess.

Or the 9mm MAC 10 Conversion Kit...

But I don't think the 9mm is a side feeder.

For that matter it could even be a "Do-It-Yourself" build kit for a Mac.

Looks like a .22 upper from Practical Solution for the M10/9. Damn. That is a thompson mag for sure in the auction ad.

That looks like it. Specific little details, like the sights, side feed channel and routed openings. I would say that's it.

Looks like it just takes an AR lower to complete, but it's got to be more than that.

SENDRA CORP XM15 E2 PISTOL SIDE FEEDING 45ACP

Though, from what I can see, the lower is a SENDRA CORP XM15E2... not sure if that includes the upper.

Great find... definitely rare and worth some cash. Hope you got it cheap!

Well I think this is a Sendra Corp upper. My buddy let me borrow it for a day a while back so I took it to work for some cleaning and research. Come to find out it slaps right onto a standard lower and it uses 9mm Sten mags! And I had some laying around for my MPA 930sst. I had the gunsmith clean it up and go through it. We shot it and it was pretty accurate for its crude design. It ran just fine with the polymer mags but it was a little more finicky with the metal surplus mags, suffering an occasional FTF.

    Some pics in route....
