You mean... It's not OK if I carry my Hi Point in a nylon thumb break pouch hanging from my pocket, while I stroll through the toy section of Academy?

I only use that reference, because I witnessed it the other day :dogkeke:

Was it Steve R. who promotes open carry?

I'm all for education about OC.

We advocate it as a means, that may or may be for 'you' and if it isn't then that's ok. If it is, then here's the laws you need to know and follow, and remember there are many more specific to where one lives. know those too, because lack of knowledge is not a defense in court.

Having a permit would have some advantage to me as there are places I can't OC, so I either don't go, or don't go armed. There are places where the opposite applies. Having Const. Carry would simply mean we are not forced to pay for the permit.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA You win the internet for the day!

lmao please tell us you're kidding!

No kidding here, my friend. Dude was straight up thuggin' hard with his hah-pernt.

It was pretty much this holster, "clipped" to his pocket:

I should have taken a picture, but I didn't need him going all Rogue Commando on me while I was buying a toy for my niece.

Was it Steve R. who promotes open carry?

    I don't recall a Steve R, but if it's who I'm thinking of, it wasn't him.

I almost took a picture of a guy last month too, but did not for the same reasons. It was a Taurus in a nylon thumb break holster up here in Shreveport.

I don't mind someone OC'ing, but I expect it to be in a Safariland SLS or Derpa holster, not the $3 special from the fun show.
