If Louisiana passed a law making it a capital offense for any elected official making anti-constitutional decisions from Deerfield IL to come to Louisiana, the problem might get solved efficiently.

Clear violation of the Second Amendment and will lead eventually to the Supreme Court. While a STATE may do this, a county is NOT a State, nor is a Township. Clearly a violation unless the STATE backs it.
