I've got no room for one anyway, usually throw it in my back pocket. More often it gets left in the truck but then my Dy's can't get me if I'm out somewhere.

Clip boards, seat and car organizers, and handcuffs are universal things most everyone buys. I need another wallet with a discreet badge holder. Got my current one years ago in BR but they had nothing last time I went.

I have seen LEO on the range draw a cell phone for a reload rather than a magazine more than a few times.

Thats becayrse they either are in a position where they dont do anything or they are retarded. Phones will break get lost or get you killed while searching building.

Varies by department. Some dont have enough for all employees to be issued one, and many officers would buy their own. One in particular no longer allows personal tasers because they also require the video cameras, and download the data and video on a regular basis. That being said, the department issued holsters bite, I know of a few officers that bought their own holster for the department issued taser.

I know two BRPD guys who have them and never had to get zapped by one. I presume not all depts required testing it out?

The LEA where I live requires the Taser ride if you carry a Taser and OC sprayed in your face because you will be issued OC.
