I agree Austin. But I was pretty mad, and considering the amount of customers they had in the store at the time, I didn't want a scene to be created. That never goes well and someone always comes across looking like a A-hole. I didn't want that to transpire at a store I had never had an issue with.

Brian called me today and we discussed the concern. We came to an agreement and Brian for sure went above and beyond! My cooler head and his awesomeness prevailed and we concluded the sale!I also purchased some AR parts and about an hour ago started my next AR! I could not be happier with my purchase or respectful of Brian. This was my first dealing with him directly and he is as those above stated.

Everything has been straightened out and everyone is cool. I want to say thank you again to Brian and Jims for talking this through and reaching out. Outstanding Gentleman

My hats off to Brian for the professionalism. Maybe I'll stop by next time I'm in town and shake his hand. Nice to see that there are still those who take pride in their work.

you go into any place long enough and it will happen.............

Happy those guys made it right.
they have always been helpful to me.........but I am more of a shotgun guy and old school.........so sometimes they can seem a little disconnected

I was in there a few months ago and wanting to trade a newer S&W 629 Classic for an older S&W 18. The kid helping me told me that they could get 629s new for 450. I told him that I knew for a fact that was impossible. He showed me the computer he was looking at. The price was something like 15 years old. I pointed this out to the kid. I truly think it was an honest mistake. He said he would propose the trade to his boss. His boss said 50.00 difference. This was a very nice 18 with smooth target grips. I felt this was a very fair offer. I told them that that I would make the trade and apologized to the kid for getting irritated. It could have been a very bad experience and yes mistakes were made, but I felt it was a very good experience and I would deal with them again.
