I am looking for a freezer manager in Baton Rouge. It is a full time position with the following criteria:

Candidate must be: A drug free, non-smoker. Reliable, trustworthy, have good organizational skills, have legible penmanship, and be fully literate.

The job requires lifting, moving, and stocking of frozen inventory items. Accurate inventory maintenance and upkeep of large distribution freezer. Forklift experience a plus. Will fully train the right person.

The salary is commensurate with the potential and ability.

"Freezer Manager" sounds cold and desolate. Perhaps "Self Contained Hunting Environment Product Technician" would pique someone's interest.

Perhaps it might be helpful to elaborate a bit about the product, the environment, and the job description a bit more.
For example, are you looking for someone to count the number of fish sticks in your freezer or are you looking for someone to oversee the logistics of 1M+ units/day?
