Surprised that this thread got no attention.
I just wanted to come here to say, since illegals now have constitutionally protected 2A rights, can we all agree that background checks, and any other prohibited persons regulation, is absolutely unconstitutional?
I mean, if an "illegal", someone who is 100% a criminal (it's right there in the name / label), if they are constitutionally protected, then why isn't any other non-illegal criminal? Why are we still doing background / NICS checks on US citizens?

Tell me I'm wrong. Go on....
