It was a perfect and beautiful evening for cooking outdoors!
Tonight we enjoyed smashburgers with fries and onion rings on buttered griddles buns.

I had two myself, one with onion rings and one with thin sliced red onions.

    I really don't think i could've gotten a better burger in a restaurant tonight!

I'm interested in the onion rings. Store bought or homemade? If store bought, what are they and how are they? And if home made, details please. I have never tried to make them at home before, but it's on my kitchen bucket list.

    I love onion rings.

These were frozen store bought onion rings. I'm pretty sure they were Nathan's brand like the hot dogs.
They came out great fried. We've done 'em in the oven but they just didn't come out as crisp as in the fryer.
